COVID-19 Updates

Dear Patient,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. We have been following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and the Colorado Department of Health and Environment and continue to apply all guidelines for patient and staff safety. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you, our patients, as well as our employees safe. With that in mind, we wanted to keep you abreast of our response to the threat of the coronavirus. We take pride in our infection control. The universal precaution processes we have always utilized are effective against the coronavirus. Aside from our standard infection control protocols, we have implemented additional cleaning and disinfection precautions for our waiting room and other common areas.

In order to further promote safety while doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus, if you are scheduled for an appointment, please come into the office alone (unless you require assistance or are the parent of a patient) as we are trying to keep space between patients in the waiting room.

If you have concerns regarding the urgency of your already scheduled visit, please feel free to contact our office to determine the necessity of your appointment. If you have any symptoms of cold or flu, please call our office at 970-493-4660 (Fort Collins), 970-667-0769 (Loveland) and 307-632-1657 (Cheyenne) to reschedule your appointment. You may also hear directly from us depending on the nature of your scheduled appointment. We are here to answer your questions, so please don’t hesitate to call us.
