Jack moved to Fort Collins over 20 years ago from Los Angeles, CA. He joined the practice in 1988 and has been with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center ever since.

Along with being in charge of the daily operations of the practice, Jack handles the accounting for the corporation along with the company website and any IT work that may arise.

Jack enjoys golf and various other outdoor activities with his wife and their dog, Benson. His 14 grandchildren also keep him busy and broke.

Tom Murphy has been a Colorado resident since 2006. Having previously lived in many different parts of the United States, he has found Colorado to be the perfect mix of urban amenities and spectacular landscapes.

He and his family enjoy movies, sports, reading and the outdoors.

Micki is Dr. Schulte's primary assistant in the Fort Collins office.

Micki has been married for almost 3 years to her wonderful husband, Paul, and they have a spunky 1 year old son named Henry. She also enjoys reading novels and having fun in the sun with her family.

Lola was born and raised in Northeastern Colorado and has worked in the Podiatry field for 30 years and joined A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center in 1997.

Lola is married with 1 daughter, 3 grandsons, and 1 great-grandson. She enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, crocheting, quilting, embroidery and sewing.

Jacque moved from Arizona to Colorado in 1997 with her husband and son. She began her employment with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center shortly afterwards and enjoys her position as receptionist.

Her previous career was 20 years in the hospitality industry and she brings that experience to us and enjoys meeting and greeting patients and providing them with the most upmost customer service and care.

Maureen grew up in Loveland and joined A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center in 1999. She enjoys the challenge of all aspects in the billing department.

She enjoys spending time reading, motorcycle riding and spending time with her 4 sons and her 3 year old grandson.

Trisha moved to Loveland over 7 years ago from Cherokee, Iowa. She has been employed with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center for just over 5 years.

Trisha enjoys snowmobilng, watching ice hockey, camping and spending quality time with her husband and newborn daughter.

Helen moved to Colorado over 16 years ago from Wisconsin. She has been with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center since 2004.

She enjoys the many challenges and variety that come her way on a daily basis at work.

Helen enjoys spending time with family and friends, treasure hunting, reading and being outdoors.

Jessica moved to Colorado in 1995. For the last ten years, she has been working in the health care field with the last four years being with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Centers.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and children doing various outdoor activities.

Melodie moved to Loveland 5 years ago from Southern Texas. She joined the practice shortly afterwards and has been with A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center ever since. She currently works as Dr. Michael Burns' primary assistant.

Melodie plays flat track roller derby for the Slaughterhouse Derby Girls in Greeley, CO and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids.

Heidi moved to Colorado when she was one years old. She joined A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center in 2005. She moved to Montana in 2007 due to her husband's employer but came back to Colorado and the practice in 2009.

Heidi happily greets you and helps you feel welcome in our office from the time you enter the office until you leave. She shares these duties with one other receptionist at the Fort Collins office.

Heidi enjoys time with her husband and two young children and enjoys camping, football and cross stitching.

Tina moved to Colorado in July 1995 from Southern California. She joined A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center in November 2007.

Tina is one of the Billing Specialists and also helps out the front desk when needed in both offices.
Tina enjoys spending the off time with her family and watching soccer, and especially playing with her 2 grandsons.

Jennifer moved to Fort Collins three years ago from Gering, Nebraska. She went to school at IBMC for Registered Medical Assistant and a Registered Phlebotomy Technician. She has been employed at A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center since graduating in 2008.

Jennifer and Jeff have a son that is 11 years old and a daughter that is 5 years old. She enjoys playing and coaching soccer and likes hanging out with her kidos.
